I’m Jacinta and I love celebrations.

I’m the person who, when hearing a friend is getting married, gets so excited that I want to know every single detail about the day. When working on an event, will fix things before anyone knows there’s an issue. I’m the person who, when attending an event as a guest, will pay attention to the way venue staff execute their duties, just because.

Events are my passion, and I want to help create the perfect event for you.

I have been involved in the arts and entertainment industry for 10+ years, and have had the privilege of working with some amazing festivals and organisations in a variety of positions among the production, events and technical teams.

The history of my life in the events industry.

My interest in arts & entertainment started when I was 14. I worked on a radio show that was also broadcast on Channel 31. I undertook a certificate in VET Music as part of my VCE studies, and learnt about music technical production. Then I became Stage Manager on the high school production and became the Head of Crew for my high school’s Rock Eisteddfod performance.

After high school, I studied Live Production in Theatre & Events, where I secured a placement opportunity with Melbourne International Comedy Festival, which developed into an annual position as technical stage manager.

Over the next few years, I started focusing on my career in events while also working in administration, where I built up a base of festivals & events that I got involved with, which all became annual positions.

After I got married, I decided to step back from my admin job to completely submerge myself into the arts & entertainment industry full time.

During this time, I also co-owned a busy restaurant for 18 months, which I ran with my husband and my mum part/full time, and gained further knowledge and experience in the world of hospitality, food and customer service.

After the restaurant, I got the opportunity to be involved with event management and theatre production full time.


And now here I am.

I take a lot of pride in the work I do, and am always so grateful to be involved with the companies I’ve worked with over the past 10+ years. However it is also exciting to be able to put all of my skills and knowledge into something I love, and is now completely my own.

I strive for excellence, and I continuously work to make things better, so that you can get the best that you deserve. I use ideas and tricks from each industry to pull together a seamless event.
